花胶浸泡步骤│Dried fish maw soaking steps:
第1天│Day 1
(1)清水清洗花胶,然后隔水蒸15至30分钟,越大越厚的花胶隔水蒸的时间越长。│Rinse the dried fish maw with clean water, steam over water for 15 to 30 minutes, the bigger and thicker the fish maw, the longer it takes to steam.
(2)将花胶放入容器加入姜片及清水泡发,放冰箱保鲜泡发一晚。│Put the fish maw into a container and add ginger slices and clean water to soak, keep it in the refrigerator and let it soak overnight.
第2天│Day 2
(4)更换花胶容器内的水,确保容器内的水质干净 | Change the water in the container in the next day to ensure that the water in the container is clean, soak for 4 to 6 hours or until the fish maw becomes soft.
(5)沥干水后鱼鳔就能烹调了。After draining the water, the fish maw is ready for cooking.
