油炸 / 焗鱼鳔浸泡步骤 │Fried / Baked fish maw soaking steps

(1)用清水冲洗油炸 / 焗鱼鳔,将鱼鳔放入容器加入清水泡发3060分钟或至鱼鳔变软。│ Rinse the fried / baked fish maw with clean water, put the fish maw into a container and add clean water to soak for 60 to 90 minutes or until the fish maw becomes soft.

(2)沥干水后鱼鳔就能烹调了。│ After draining the water, the fish maw is ready for cooking.

附注 | Remark:

泡发好的鱼膘倘若不是马上烹调食用,请冰冻收藏于0℃一下的雪柜。│ Soaked fish maw that are not cooked should be sealed and stored in the refrigerator at below 0
